The Situation: As private school with a total enrollment of less than100 students, Pope John Paul II High School (JPII) has to get creative with their income to offset annual operational expenses. In order to keep their doors open, the school relies on the support of South Puget Sound's foremost philanthropists.
What We Know: It is critical to show these donors how much of a difference an education at JPII can make in the lives of students and the community at large. This elder demographic appreciates print publications and student life updates.

The Patron's Council: An exclusive club of JPII's most significant supporters, The Patron's Council (and its branding, inspired by Peter's keys on the Vatican flag) was assembled in late 2021.
Coronacation: To boost the community's spirits during the early pandemic, we designed massive posters to hang from the walls off the school building and to act as a backdrop for seniors' drive-thru graduation ceremony.
Gala Postcard Invitations: Serving as an announcement for the theme of the year, gala invitations set the tone of the annual appeal.
Junior Student Testimonial: Each year, one exceptional member of the junior class is nominated to share their journey at JPII with prospective donors, offering insight into the student experience, and showcasing exactly who is being benefitted by their generosity.
The Steward: Functioning as a catch-all newsletter for each academic year, The Steward is distributed among students, families, and prospective donors every summer.
